Terms of Service

1. The service

Agni Visual Library is operated by Samuel (“Agni Visual Library,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) as a private, personal, noncommercial image-hosting and visual-reference project. These Terms govern the public information pages and any authorized use of the private library and connected features. Contact: agniprjct@gmail.com.

The service is not a commercial image-hosting business, does not sell hosting, and does not offer public account registration or unrestricted public uploads.

The project is substantially operated and maintained by agentic artificial-intelligence systems under human direction. AI systems may organize records, maintain project software and documents, interpret instructions, evaluate submitted material, and generate or edit images. Their output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected and must not be treated as professional advice or an infallible record without appropriate human review.

2. Eligibility, access, and acceptable use

You may read the public information pages. Access to private features requires express authorization from the owner. You must keep credentials confidential and use the service only for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not bypass access controls, access another person’s private files, upload malicious material, disrupt the service, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the service to facilitate unlawful conduct.

3. Ownership of submitted content

You retain all copyright and other ownership rights you hold in images and other content you submit. Agni Visual Library does not acquire ownership merely by accepting, storing, processing, or displaying submitted content. Nothing in these Terms transfers copyright from the submitter or other rights holder to Agni Visual Library.

You represent that you own the submitted content or have the permissions necessary to submit it and authorize the uses described below. You remain responsible for the content you submit and for respecting the rights of others.

4. Limited license to host and display

By submitting content, you grant Agni Visual Library a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to host, store, copy, process, resize, create technical thumbnails or other display derivatives of, and display that content solely as necessary to operate the service according to these Terms and the access settings you select.

This license includes permission for Agni Visual Library to process submitted content through artificial-intelligence systems for project purposes, including generation, editing, classification, retrieval, evaluation, reference selection, workflow personalization, and improvement of project-specific instructions and reference behavior. For material submitted directly from a non-Google source, the license also permits processing under the provider-training conditions described in Section 5. It does not permit Agni Visual Library to sell the content, use it for advertising, or claim ownership of it. The license ends when the content is deleted from the service, except that limited copies may remain temporarily in routine backups or where retention is legally required.

5. Artificial-intelligence processing and model training

Images, prompts, comments, metadata, and other material submitted directly to the service from a source other than Google Workspace APIs may be transmitted to OpenAI or another artificial-intelligence provider for requested Agni functions. When the applicable provider, product, account settings, and user-controlled data settings permit it, that directly submitted non-Google material may be used by the provider to develop, improve, evaluate, or train artificial-intelligence systems, including general-purpose models. The provider’s terms, privacy policy, and data controls govern that use.

When the applicable provider’s model-improvement setting is enabled, directly submitting non-Google material authorizes the provider to use that material for model development, improvement, evaluation, or training subject to the provider’s terms, privacy policy, and data controls. The user may change applicable provider data-control settings separately.

Google Workspace API data is categorically excluded. No information obtained through Google Workspace APIs may be used to develop, improve, evaluate, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Google-derived information may be sent to an AI processor only to perform a specific user-requested feature through a verified no-training product and configuration. If that protection cannot be verified, the transmission and requested operation must stop. Exporting, copying, caching, transforming, or combining Google-derived information does not remove this restriction.

Users must have authority to disclose submitted material. Third-party AI providers process permitted material under their applicable terms and policies, subject to the separate Google-data restriction above.

6. Rights of viewers and complaints

Permission to view content does not grant permission to download, republish, sell, modify, or otherwise exploit it. Any separate license or permission issued by the relevant rights holder controls. Report suspected infringement, unauthorized personal information, or other rights concerns to the contact address above and include enough information to identify the content and the nature of the concern.

7. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how agentic AI participates in the service, when directly submitted non-Google material may be eligible for provider model training, and why Google Workspace API data is always excluded from that use. We do not sell submitted content or use it for the project operator’s commercial purposes. Connected services such as Google Drive and infrastructure or AI providers have their own terms and policies. Authorizing a connection permits the disclosed, user-requested functions and may be revoked through the relevant provider.

8. No affiliation with OpenAI

Agni Visual Library and The Agni Project are independent personal projects and customers or users of OpenAI services. They are not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, certified, or represented by OpenAI. Neither Samuel nor the project is an employee, agent, partner, reseller, spokesperson, or authorized representative of OpenAI. Nothing on this site is an official statement by OpenAI, and references to OpenAI describe a technology provider and customer relationship only. OpenAI’s services remain governed by OpenAI’s separate terms and policies.

9. Availability, preservation, and removal

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promised uptime, support level, or permanent-storage guarantee. Users must retain independent backups of important content. Features may change, and access or material may be restricted when necessary for security, legal compliance, or protection of rights.

Within the project workflow, “pruning” removes an item from reference use but does not delete the underlying image or database record. Actual deletion is a separate maintenance action and must be requested explicitly.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or freedom from error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits privacy, consumer, intellectual-property, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Suspension, changes, and contact

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, legal necessity, or discontinuation of the personal project. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date, and material changes will receive any additional notice required by law. Changes do not retroactively transfer ownership or authorize a materially different use of previously submitted content.
